Network Change Freeze

In line with industry practices, we are implementing a standard network change freeze across our network during the Christmas period. This is due to there being a lower availability of our own support staff as well as minimal support and availability of spares from our vendors over the holiday period. A change freeze therefore minimises any issues that may be created from making configuration changes to our systems.

During this period there will be no network configuration changes permitted to our core network and we will not make hardware changes to dedicated server equipment, unless due to failure as covered under our standard support.

Should you require any changes making to infrastructure, please raise a request as soon as possible so that this can be arranged before the change freeze.
