We are aware of some intermittent connectivity issues affecting some of our customers. Our monitoring systems detected some anomalies this evening and this was immediately investigated. The cause has been identified as a DDOS attack of around 20Gbit being targeted at a transit provider (not ourselves) and this is at times saturating parts of their network. For any customers routing via this provider, they may experience some slower than normal connectivity until this matter is resolved. The provider is actively working on this matter and hopes to have this addressed shortly.
