Network Outage Monday 17th October 2022 15:46:00


Our monitoring systems have alerted us to an outage of our infrastructure. We are currently investigating this with the datacentre and will provide an update as soon as we know more

Our transit provider has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. We have also confirmed that this was not an issue with our equipment or infrastructure - this was specifically transit (connectivity) related. We are awaiting an RFO from the transit provider to detail the cause of the issue and we will share that as soon as we are able to.

Connectivity has just been restored. We are still awaiting an update from the staff onsite to identify the cause of the outage and so at this point cannot confirm if this is resolved. We will update as soon as we have further information.
