Reseller customer sites continue to restore - these are now approximately 80% completed

Following some investigation earlier, we identified a major hardware failure with Server3. The server has been replaced and reseller accounts restored to this. We are now in the process of restoring resellers customer accounts. We estimate that this will complete in around 1-2 hours.

There has been a catastrophic failure of the server and as such we have replaced this with a new one. The server is currently being setup and sites will be restored shortly from backups. Unfortunately this will take a number of hours to complete, however, further updates will be provided once the work has completed.
