Datacentre Connectivity Outage Monday 14th August 2023 15:05:00


Our monitoring systems have just notified us of a connectivity outage to the datacentre. We are currently contacting the datacentre and investigating the matter and will update as soon as we receive information from them.

The datacentre have confirmed a core network configuration issue on their equipment that feeds our own connectivity and that they quickly resolved this. They are investigating further and will provide us with information when they have collated it. Not further interruptions are expected,

Connectivity has been restored, however we are still investigating the cause of this with the datacentre as this is showing to be an internal issue there
