Network Connectivity Issues Wednesday 20th January 2021 14:16:00

We are currently investigating the cause of a brief network connectivity issue. All services are working correctly at this time.

The issue has been identified earlier as a contractor working within the datacentre who damaged a fibre cable outside of our own network infrastructure, however as part of their rectification work they caused some network connectivity issues within the building. This issue has been resolved by them and we have made some network configuration changes to prevent this from causing a future issue.

We have confirmed that the issue is outside of our own direct infrastructure - all of our own systems and hardware are working correctly. Investigation will continue.
