Server 7 - Reseller Server Sunday 9th September 2018 12:44:00
We are currently investigating an issue with the reseller server7 which is non responsive
This issue has now been resolved. Unfortunately the server suffered a hardware failure and so we have moved the drives to a newer, higher specification server with greater redundancy and so this is now back online with no data affected.
We have identified a hardware issue within the server and are currently replacing the faulty component.
