Reduced staff availability due to snow

Due to the current levels of snow in the Cardiff area, transport for our staff to get to work has become challenging today if not impossible as the majority of public transport is currently cancelled. Due to this, please note that we will be running on reduced levels of support available today, mainly affecting our telephone support. Telephone support will still be available on a best endeavours basis, however please be aware that wait times may be longer due to less staff having access to our telephone systems today.

Support Tickets will continue to be addressed as normal, all services are fully operational and we have staff based within 10 minutes of the data centre and so we do not see any related risk to operational services.
